there are 3 levels of event/attendance 

1. mandatory, cannot play play die die must attend due to MAS regulation 
2. compulsory, not MAS regulation but fall under company regulations. Absence must have valid reasons.
3. important, these type of events are efforts put in by your colleagues or leaders, the reason they do it it’s because of you. So please attend unless really got much more important things eg hospitalisation related, medical reasons, accidents or injury, sickness with MC.

Focus on building your clientele, skillset, mindset, professional knowledge and practices. Avoid entertaining recruiters, they will caused confusion & disruption in your business. inform & leave it to your leaders to handle them.
